- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would highly recommend using Eric & Stacy Stauffer for any real estate transaction. I have recently used them for the selling of a tri-plex and single family residence in Pacific Grove as well as buying of another single family residence in Pacific Grove. Their knowledge of the area, their understanding of the selling and buying trends, and most importantly, their ability to go the extra mile to get the deal closed, is unsurpassed. They are definitely not your typical realtors. Eric and Stacy were not out to just get a sale for themselves, but went out their way to assure that the selling and purchasing of property was the right fit for myself and my family. Real estate transactions can be highly stressful situations. It is good to have the right support in your corner....and that is Eric and Stacy.
